Heijmerink Wagemakers takes the privacy of personal data very seriously and carefully handles your personal details. We do not sell and / or provide your personal details to third parties. Heijmerink Wagemakers processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide services to us.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. You will receive a written reply within 4 weeks.

Submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) is the Dutch supervisory authority that monitors compliance with the AVG. You have the right to file a complaint with the AP if you believe that your rights have been violated. You will find an entry for this on the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
