Smurfit Kappa Experience Centre

Smurfit Kappa – one of the world’s leading manufacturers of sustainable, paper packaging materials – opened the International Customer Experience Center at Schiphol in March 2015. This gives customers access to processes that are unique to the packaging industry.

Smurfit Kappa is building a new network of Customer Experience Centers. These customer centers are part of Smurfit Kappa’s market strategy ‘To open the future’ and aim to increase the insight and involvement of customers in the world of packaging.

Central to this network of experience centers is the International Customer Experience Center at Schiphol, where brands such as Unilever and Heineken work closely together with experts from Smurfit Kappa. This gives brand owners access to broad and in-depth market insights and can assess packaging innovations for profitability and sustainability.
Heijmerink Wagemakers realized the complete furnishing of custom furniture for the Customer Experience Center.
